BOARD MEETINGS

RPA is overseen by the Board of Directors of KNOVA Learning Oregon. While there may be some variation during the year, the board generally holds regular business meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of every other month at 4:00 PM. All meetings are posted in advance and conducted following public meeting law.  Unless otherwise posted, meetings will be held in the Student Services Building.

NOTICE: Meetings of the Knova Learning Oregon Board of Directors may be recorded electronically for administrative and transparency purposes. Written minutes constitute the official record of Board actions. Recordings, if retained, are maintained in accordance with Oregon Public Records Law and may be requested pursuant to the School’s public records request process.

ALL MEETINGS INCLUDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

Board meetings are open to the public, inviting members of the broader RPA community to participate. A designated "Public To Be Heard" segment is included in all regular meeting agendas, allowing non-board members to formally present their statements. It is important to understand that speakers should not expect immediate responses from board members; instead, the Executive Director and Board Chair will address comments at an appropriate time.

If you would like to learn more about board service, the current board, and /or board meetings, contact John Nelsen, Executive Director.
